Description: On Thursday, 06 December, Our Principal, Sr Monica Rozario inaugurated the renovated basketball court by cutting the ribbon which was followed by an excited cheer from the students of classes VI-XII. Sr Monica Rozario and the three Coordinators were present as the chief guests for the match. It was a 20-minute inaugural match between two teams, Team A and Team B who wore red and yellow P.E. T-shirts. To add to the excitement buzzing in the audience, the Head Girl invited Sr Monica Rozario to throw the first jump ball to start the game. The newly renovated court was a source of motivation for the players. The game ended with the victory of Team B. The audience clapped their hands to match the beats of the song ‘We will rock you’ while singing along, thus bringing more joy as the game came to an end. The event ended with an inspirational speech by our Principal who applauded the hard work of our P.E. teachers Mrs Aggarwal and Miss Yashika and encouraged the players to participate in sports.
