There was melody and poetic spirit in the air as the students who were anchoring also spoke in rhyme and rhythm. All the students were energetic, expressive and spoke articulately. They presented an array of poems that had an amalgamation of humour, some of the famous tales, animal and plant life and the important values of life. Class preps enthralled the audience by presenting some of the well-known nursery rhymes ,class 1A recited a funny poem " When I'm an old lady", class 1B recited an environmental poem titled " I am a Tree". All the performances had rhythm, music, expressions and tune and were recited magnificently by the junior school students. They were applauded by everyone present. Our principal, Sister Archana appreciated the students and the teachers and encouraged the students to compose their own poems and become budding poets.
