Description: The Mary Ward auditorium echoed with sentiment and applause as the members of the student council for the academic year 2017-18 took oath of office. Sister Mercia presided over the solemn and inspiring ceremony. Headgirl Lydia N Haokip led the seventeen students, dedicating themselves to the preservation of the green, in an occasion marked by offering of green plants in prayer with minimal use of paper.
As the flags fluttered and the lyrics of the Loreto chorus rent the air, yet again the school committed itself to the motto of 'receive that you may give'.
