Description: Loreto Convent past pupil General Body Meet was held in the School premises on 27th August 2016 in the activity hall.
The programme started around at 3.30 pm with the lighting of the lamp by Sr. Mercia, Principal and the President of the Loreto Alumni Association.
It was followed by singing of the hymn ‘on this school your blessing, Lord’ by the staff members and past pupils.
Election process for office bearers of the association commenced thereafter for the posts of:- Secretary, Assistant Secretary, Treasurer, Assistant Treasurer and other members. Volunteers came forward to give their own names and introduced themselves briefly. The elected members are the following- President- Sr. Mercia, Vice President- Ms. Saveera Duggal Bahl, Secretary- Ms. Elizabeth Ike, Joint Secretary- Ms. Chetna Batra, Treasurer- Ms. Dharamjot, Joint Treasurer- Ms. Kritika khetrapal.
The programme ended around 6 o’clock in the evening by the singing of the Loreto chorus. The beautiful singing of the Loreto chorus by the teachers and the ex students added extra joy to the Meet.
