Description: With hearts filled with gratitude and love, the Principal, staff and students bid farewell to Mrs Vijaya Chatterjee, Science teacher in Middle School who completed 21 years of dedicated service. To mark this occasion, the School organised a special farewell assembly on 02 Mar 2017.
The assembly began with the singing of Psalm 23 followed by lighting of the lamp. The students from class 5 to 11 conducted a very meaningful prayer service to seek God’s blessings and to thank the gift of Mrs Chatterjee to the school for the past many years. A student from each class shared her experience with Mrs Chatterjee describing her values and unique qualities. The students presented her flowers and handmade cards as tokens of appreciation for her love and guidance.
Sister Mercia, the Principal in her speech expressed sincere and heartfelt gratitude to Mrs Chatterjee for her selfless service rendered to the institution.
Mrs Chatterjee in her speech said that she indeed felt lucky to be a part of this esteemed institution.
