Description: The school organised a Christmas celebration for its Christian students, parents and also some distinguished members of the Loreto Alumane on 15 December 2018.A Special Holy Mass was conducted on the occasion. The students of Junior School from class Prep to class Five recreated the magic of the season by putting up a Nativity Play and reiterated the true message of Christmas which is sharing and caring. This time the play was little different as it unfolded the story of the birth of our saviour beginning from the story of creation, the coming of the prophets Noah, Moses and Jeremiah and how when nothing could save the world, the Trinity came together to send God's only son Jesus, to save mankind. The whole story of Nativity was presented to the audience through the narration by the Special Christmas Star who was a part of everything, experienced the magic of the birth of Baby Jesus and also guided the shepherds and the three kings to the manger. The students of Middle school who were a part of the Choir enthralled the audience with their melodious rendition of some different Christmas songs that interspersed the enactment of different scenes from the Nativity story.The play ended with a grand finale in which all tiny tots came on the stage while the choir sang ' I love Christmas', as Santa and the Reindeers entered the auditorium building excitement among the audience.
Sr. Archana, Our Principal, greeted the parents and extended warm felicitations to all present. Small eats and Christmas cake with a piping cup of coffee provided the perfect finale to the evening as all staff members and students wished the audience 'Feliz Navidad'.
